BrainDocs, PLLC is a facility that accepts some, but not all insurances.

 We DO NOT accept the following insurance: 

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• CHIPS
• NorthSTAR
• Amerigroup
• STAR Kids

However, to find out for certain if BrainDocs is an in-network provider for your insurance, please contact your insurance company. You also may ask how your benefits apply for mental/behavorial health appointments; your insurance should be able to provide you with general information.

In addition to insurance, BrainDocs, PLLC also accepts self-pay patients.

Our rates are as follows:

Psychiatry

• New Patient Psychiatry Appointment....$300.00*
• Follow-Up Psychiatry Appointment....$125.00*

Counseling

• New Patient Therapy Appointment....$200.00*
• Follow-Up Theraphy Appointment....$100.00*

*All rates provided are subject to change and are a minimum rate.

*Some appointments may not be covered, as ALL claims are subject to your specific benefit plan through your insurance company.
