Office Hours and Appointments
- Call between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to speak to a office staff member. If our staff does not answer, please leave a voicemail so they may reach out to you as soon as possible. You may also leave a voicemail over the weekend and we will reach out to you the following business day. Our voicemail is confidential.
- Visits are by appointment only; please keep in mind Dr. Siddiqui is booked out for several weeks/months at a time for both current and new patients. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled contact our office as soon as possible.
- Appointments are on a first come, first served basis.
