We are excited to announce that we are now E-Scribing directly to your pharmacy, so please contact our office to advise our front office staff of your preferred pharmacy. If you need refills please contact our office; do not ask your pharmacy to send over a request. You must contact our office at least 7 business day before your medication is completely exhausted (out).
If a patient who has not been seen for 3 months or more and are in need of their medication(s), he/she is required to schedule an appointment (within 14 days) with the prescribing physician first. Once your appointment is scheduled, the physician will only prescribe enough medication until your appointment. If the patient fails to arrive or needs to reschedule the appointment, the prescribing physician unfortunatley will not be able to prescribe or authorize any refill request until the patient is seen.*
In the new patient packet that is signed before your appointment it states that there is a minium fee of $30.00 every time for any letter that is necessary. We have been very lenient in implenting this policy; however, we unfortunately will no longer be lenient in enforcing this office policy effective immediately. Please also allow 14 business days for your request of letters and forms to be fully processed.
